About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support preservations, evidence management, review support, and production support for complex litigation, regulatory, and internal investigation matters
- Conduct status calls with matter teams to discuss strategy, activity, and deadlines
- Apply and release legal holds
- Archive or dispose of workspaces and other locations
- Coordinate with the Discovery Services Team to execute operational tasks and custom workflows
- Provide quality oversight of matter activities to ensure compliance with EY standards and industry best practices
- Prepare matter- and portfolio-level reporting and documentation
- Collaborate with GCO attorneys, auditors, case managers, outside counsel, vendors, technical teams, and internal operations staff
- Troubleshoot and triage issues
- Coordinate discovery activities and manage competing priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with one or more industry-leading eDiscovery platforms
- Experience supporting litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and subpoena responses
- Familiarity with legal hold processes, document review workflows, production specifications, and quality control procedures
- Experience coordinating with attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, and technical teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of discovery experience
- Experience with eDiscovery tools
- Strong project coordinator skills to balance multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Industry-related certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
