Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience as a Business Analyst in technology initiatives
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Experience working with User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management and working across business and technology teams
  • Knowledge of Agile and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Process Analysis
  • Experience with UAT and solution validation
  • English proficiency for communication in a global environment
  • Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Banking, or FinTech
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Process Mapping, BPMN, or Gap Analysis
  • Knowledge of Data Analysis and SQL
  • Experience with Systems Integration and API Integration
  • Certifications related to Business Analysis or Product Ownership
