Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 4–6+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or SDLC methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel or presentation/reporting tools
  • Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Jira, or Visio preferred
  • Demonstrated high ethical standards and integrity
