Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver complex FP&A and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects
  • Guide clients through redesigning FP&A processes and implementing technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions
  • Transform financial planning capabilities and optimize decision-making processes
  • Build scalable frameworks that drive organizational performance
  • Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects
  • Ensure quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement
  • Guide teams and supervise others delivering complex technical initiatives
  • Deliver agreed activities and apply judgment to inform recommendations
  • Coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members
  • Ensure deliverables meet client service, quality, and risk management standards
  • Support client engagements and meet performance objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in Life Sciences
  • Experience with strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
  • Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Experience with management reporting and business performance analysis
  • Experience with capital planning and investment analysis
  • Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles
  • Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
  • Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePB​​CS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are advantageous
  • Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture is advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with C-suite executives and finance teams
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong executive presence
