About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead business process analysis workshops to understand warehouse operations, inventory management processes and fulfillment requirements
- Deliver high-quality client solutions on time and on budget
- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and future-state warehouse operating models
- Support end-to-end WMS implementation projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and technical teams
- Support integration design and testing between WMS, ERP, transportation, automation and reporting platforms
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts and training materials
- Engage business partners and IT to drive design, programming execution and UAT for future-state platform capabilities
- Manage multiple projects and strict deadlines
- Support digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience delivering Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, enhancements, or transformation programs
- Experience in business process analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment within warehouse and logistics environments
- Proven knowledge of warehousing operations including inbound logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution
- Experience with one or more leading WMS platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, Oracle, Körber, Infor, or similar enterprise solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business requirements gathering skills across cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound, outbound and fulfillment processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cross-functional environments involving Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP and integration teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to support end-to-end WMS transformation programs, including testing, training and go-live activities
- Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations, particularly in manufacturing industry
- Professional proficiency in English required
- Willingness to travel 50% or more
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- French language proficiency highly desirable, not required
- Knowledge of emerging supply chain technologies such as AI, automation, analytics, and robotics is advantageous
- Knowledge of leading WMS solutions, ERP-integrated warehouse platforms, and related supply chain technologies is advantageous
