Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

  • Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases

  • Support modernization of systems, processes, products, business platforms, and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BA
  • Proven experience in Retail/Commercial Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with API analysis, system integrations, and data flow mapping
  • Familiarity with modern application architecture and cloud-ready design principles
  • Understanding of testing principles, strategies, and best practices across the software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work with a distributed team, including off-shore teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a strong background in computer science
