About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to people-focused transformation programmes across health and care organisations
- Support project management, reporting, risk management and delivery activities
- Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify workforce and organisational improvement opportunities
- Develop client deliverables, presentations and communications materials
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
- Support workforce transformation, organisational design and change management initiatives
- Contribute to proposals, bids and business development activities
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Coach and support more junior team members where appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health-related subject or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional services experience in a healthcare context
- In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare trends
- Experience within healthcare consulting, the NHS, Integrated Care Systems or wider health sector transformation
- Understanding of workforce, organisational and operational challenges across health and care
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting transformation, improvement or change programmes
- Interest in people-centred transformation and workforce innovation
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
