About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the functional and SAP Ariba aspects of procurement, strategic sourcing and implementation of key modules
- Work as a team member to assess, design and solution SAP Ariba solutions for global clients
- Interface and communicate with onsite process leads and, in some cases, the end client
- Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reporting to the lead
- Deliver functional and technical components of procurement, strategic sourcing, catalog management and sourcing analytics using SAP Ariba and its components
- Implement leading practices within strategic, financial and operational planning cycles
- Perform hands-on Ariba design and configuration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 end to end implementation project
- Experience in Support/Rollout/Upgrade projects
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- 2 to 4 years of domain experience
- SAP MM/Ariba or SAP Ariba experience
- Functional and technical integration knowledge of SAP Ariba tools, ECC systems and functional procurement/sourcing processes
- Hands-on Ariba design and configuration experience, including reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations and distributions
- Excellent business communication skills
- Experience in procurement function preferred
- Prior client-facing experience preferred
