About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and extend Fiori applications using HANA Cloud Platform and Eclipse
- Lead design, development, deployment, and support
- Apply SDLC guidelines across all solution implementation phases
- Provide UI design guidance, including security considerations
- Co-innovate with SAP sub-competencies to implement IT innovations
- Deliver immediate hot fixes for critical issues and configurations
- Guide the development team
- Serve as technical specialist for SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Lead end-to-end use case development
- Make decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team management as needed
- Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, ensure tools and support are available, and evaluate performance
- Collaborate with diverse professionals and clients across industries to deliver innovative solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- BE/BTech/MCA
- 3–7 years of sound industry-relevant experience
- Experience in SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, and SAP Web IDE
- Experience in ABAP and BAdI implementations, including OO ABAP
- OData provisioning experience
- FIORI Gateway Services experience
- Experience with SAP Gateway development
- Knowledge and understanding of testing OData services
- Experience with SAP Workflow
- Familiarity with SAP Basis and authorization concepts
- Experience with SAP Gateway and HANA Cloud Connector
- Strong experience developing for user, functional, and system requirements
- Experience with Fiori design patterns and expertise in UI Theme Designer
- Strong understanding of UI principles
- Experience capturing and tracking functional requirements
- Ability to lead design, development, deployment, and support activities
- Ability to apply SDLC guidelines throughout solution implementation
- Ability to provide UI design guidance, including security considerations
- Ability to guide development teams and manage resources as needed
