Key responsibilities & impact

Support SAP Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements
Design and configure SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions across purchasing, inventory management, goods movements, and invoice verification processes
Advise clients on procurement leading practices and SAP standard capabilities while balancing business requirements with scalable solutions
Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables
Work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver integrated business solutions
Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions
Lead requirements gathering sessions, process design workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution validation activities
Manage workstream deliverables, project risks, stakeholder expectations, and timelines
Lead the Procure-to-Pay workstream and develop proof of concepts
Travel to meet client needs, estimated at 40-60%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with at least 2-4 years of SAP Procurement, Supply Chain, or consulting experience
Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably an SAP S/4HANA transformation
Hands-on experience in one or more SAP Procurement specializations, including SAP S/4HANA Procurement (Direct Materials), SAP Invoice Management and Accounts Payable Integration, SAP Inventory Management, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, or SAP Ariba Integration including Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
Experience configuring SAP MM procurement processes, including material master, business partner (vendor), RFQs, contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, output management, goods receipts, stock transport orders, ALE, and IDocs
Experience in one or more SAP Ariba solutions, including SLP, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, Supply Chain Collaboration, Commerce Automation, or CIG
Knowledge of integration points with Accounts Payable, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution, and other related SAP modules
Experience leading the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream, including facilitating solution design workshops and developing proof of concepts
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions
Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%
Previous consulting experience within a professional services environment preferred
SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification or other relevant SAP certifications preferred
