About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on various SAP implementation projects for customers across the globe
- Configure the SAP Sales & Distribution module
- Integrate the SD module with other SAP modules and external applications
- Plan and execute SAP implementation, development, and support activities
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions
- Create functional specifications and configure the system accordingly
- Create presentation and workshop material for blueprints and present it to clients
- Create process flows in Microsoft Visio for proposed client business processes
- Create Process Definition Documents / Design Documents and Business Process Procedures
- Configure SAP SD and deliver work products and packages conforming to client standards and requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably Engineering
- Minimum two end-to-end Implementation Projects
- Experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience
- 2 to 4 years of domain experience
- Strong knowledge of business processes
- Knowledge of implementation methodology
- Knowledge of Third Party, Intercompany, Make To Order, Credit Management, Rebate Handling, Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Condition Tables, Condition Records, Outputs, Partner Determinations, Texts, Free Goods, Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Automatic Account Determination, Delivery Processing, Sales Returns, Contracts, Availability Checks, Billing Plan, IDocs, and integration between MM/FI/WM
- Experience in data migration using LSMW / BDC
- SAP SD Certification is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge in ABAP is an added advantage
- Experience with interfaces with external systems is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Vistex and SAP LE is an added advantage
- Knowledge of real-time pricing requirements is an added advantage
