About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP Response & Supply and PP/DS solutions
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Configure and implement solutions aligned with business needs
  • Identify service expansion opportunities and contribute to sales through RFP responses
  • Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP and PP/DS with S/4HANA, ECC, and legacy APO environments
  • Provide design insights and lead build, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions
  • Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and design discussions
  • Deliver high-quality client services
  • Collaborate with change management and other cross-functional teams during transformation engagements
  • Develop client sector knowledge and co-create EY industry solutions
  • Capture business requirements and propose technology designs during exploration and design phases
  • Lead build, testing, and deployment phases with minimal oversight
  • Coach and develop teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and/or SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) experience
  • Configuration experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, Production Planning, or Detailed Scheduling
  • Experience supporting at least one end-to-end IBP or PP/DS implementation, transformation, or major enhancement cycle
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, supply planning, inventory, and S&OP processes
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and working with technical teams
  • Functional knowledge of SAP IBP Response & Supply and/or PP/DS, including planning heuristics, scheduling concepts, capacity planning, and optimizer capabilities
  • Strong client communication skills and experience facilitating design or testing sessions
  • Ability to manage deliverables independently and contribute to workstream execution
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel; estimated travel is 40–60%
  • Prior consulting experience in supply chain planning transformations (ideally)
  • Relevant SAP certifications (ideally)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations, including CIF, SDI, or RTI, and IBP data modeling (ideally)
  • Experience with IBP planning analytics, dashboards, and scenario modeling (ideally)
