About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify issues and challenges and provide recommendations, opportunities and solutions
  • Understand business requirements and work with clients/business users to define and document technical and process requirements
  • Translate raw data into meaningful insights and reports
  • Use advanced analytical techniques with structured and unstructured data from various sources
  • Develop reusable workflows and solutions following best practices
  • Ensure delivery of quality end-to-end client solutions
  • Communicate project-related information with team members and clients
  • Communicate issues in a timely manner
  • Provide support and assistance for business processes
  • Collaborate with partners, clients and tax technical subject matter experts on technology solutions supporting Tax

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 3+ years of overall experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience developing business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and other back-end databases
  • Experience using and embedding APIs in applications
  • Knowledge of relational database models, SQL and ETL tools
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Availability to work in McKinley West
  • Alteryx experience is a plus
  • SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Python experience is a plus
  • Machine Learning and AI tools experience is highly favourable
