About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering and cloud data platforms
- Experience working with business, management and technology concepts
- Experience with computer software configuration and development using ETL Suites such as Informatica, Infosphere, Ab Initio, or SAP, and DBMS
- Knowledge of data reporting solutions, including pivoting data, graphs and charts
- Practical experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle and DB2
- Knowledge of SQL syntax
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
- Certification on a database management system, reporting/data visualization, programming, or statistical language preferred
- Working knowledge or certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or Azure preferred
- Experience with financial institutions preferred
