About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, customize, and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, LWC, and Aura components
  • Write optimized and scalable SOQL/SOSL queries
  • Perform Salesforce configuration based on business requirements
  • Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Assist with testing plans, documentation, and end-user training
  • Mentor junior developers and support development environment setup
  • Provide technical assistance, bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Aura
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL
  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins is nice to have
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is nice to have
