About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive technology-based business transformations for clients
- Understand client requirements and objectives
- Ensure clarity and transparency in communication
- Configure SAP S/4HANA systems hands-on
- Guide IT transformation processes
- Serve as SAP expert and, in some situations, client point of contact
- Design solutions for complex business problems using S/4HANA capabilities
- Lead sales and delivery of complex SAP-enabled projects
- Manage project planning and execution activities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Lead and develop talent within project teams
- Monitor SAP portfolio developments and act on them
- Support successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA and related SAP applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed Bachelor or Masters education, e.g. Business Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in industry or consultancy
- Experience in at least 3 full life-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects
- At least 2 implementation projects in a role such as project manager, solution architect, or stream lead
- Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of SAP-related products and market developments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Strong business knowledge in the Finance domain
- Proven knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 Finance and adjacent areas
- Independent, proactive, and flexible work attitude
- Very good analytical and critical skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Hands-on experience with Digital Core S/4HANA Enterprise Management is an advantage
- Experience with SAP Activate is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team and ambition to grow within the organization
- Ability to independently identify follow-up assignments with existing customers
- Ability and sense of responsibility to supervise and professionally support junior colleagues
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including verification of identity, diplomas and/or work experience, and potentially a Certificate of Conduct or criminal background check
