About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex workforce and organisational transformation programmes across health and care organisations
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive, operational and clinical leadership teams
- Lead programme governance, commercial management, risk management and delivery oversight
- Shape and design innovative workforce, change, operating model and people transformation solutions
- Build and maintain senior client relationships across the healthcare sector
- Lead large-scale proposals, bids and business development opportunities
- Identify and develop new market opportunities across the health sector
- Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple engagements
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Health People Consulting practice
- Share market insights, industry trends and innovation opportunities across the practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive healthcare consulting and/or senior healthcare transformation experience
- Deep understanding of NHS providers, Integrated Care Systems, national bodies and workforce challenges
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
- Expertise in one or more of: Workforce Transformation; Digital Transformation; Change Management & Communications; Culture & Employee Experience; Organisation Design & Operating Models; Strategic Workforce Planning; Workforce Productivity
- Strong commercial acumen, account management and business development experience
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development capability
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health related subject or a related field or equivalent experience
- Professional services experience in a healthcare context
- In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare trends
- National travel required, including travel to EY Headquarters
