About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior client stakeholders on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis
  • Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, budget oversight, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions, solution design workshops, and business process transformation sessions
  • Define SAP EWM solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap recommendations
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Review and guide the design of custom RICEF objects and functional specifications
  • Coach, mentor, and develop consulting teams
  • Contribute to business development activities, including client pursuits, proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership across the SAP Supply Chain practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience
  • At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience
  • Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and driving successful project delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading business process design, solution architecture discussions, and technology transformation initiatives
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
  • Prior consulting experience leading warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain transformation programs
  • SAP certification in SAP EWM, S/4HANA Supply Chain, or related SAP Supply Chain solutions
  • Experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations from strategy and design through deployment and post-go-live support
  • Deep experience performing and overseeing SAP EWM solution design and configuration activities
  • Experience leading the design and documentation of custom RICEF solutions and functional specifications
  • Experience integrating SAP EWM with S/4HANA and other SAP solutions, including MM, SD, PP, TM, and Manufacturing capabilities
  • Experience developing and overseeing testing strategies, test execution, defect management, and solution validation activities
  • Experience leading end-user training, organizational change management, and user adoption initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations across distribution, manufacturing, and complex supply chain environments
  • Experience contributing to business development efforts, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives
