About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with clients to strengthen their digital risk posture by bridging business requirements with technical capabilities
- Work on engagements involving advanced analytics, data visualization, automation, data governance and process mining
- Design, develop and deploy process mining dashboards using Celonis and Power BI
- Perform deep-dive analysis of business processes to identify bottlenecks, root causes and improvement opportunities
- Develop root-cause-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, quality and compliance
- Extract, transform and prepare data from ERP and business applications including SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce and Workday
- Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python and data integration tools
- Create process mining event logs and reporting datasets
- Perform data mapping, data modelling and process event reconstruction
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand process flows, source systems and data structures
- Support onboarding of new data sources into Celonis, Signavio and ARIS
- Validate process mining datasets through reconciliation, completeness checks and data quality assessments
- Assist in developing process mining use cases, KPIs and dashboards
- Work with multidisciplinary data, technology and business teams to design, assess and implement analytics-enabled risk processes and governance structures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or a related field
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Process Mining, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence or Process Improvement
- Hands-on experience with Process Mining & Analytics
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, stored procedures, views and performance optimization
- Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Alteryx or similar tools
- Experience working with large transactional datasets from ERP and enterprise applications
- Understanding of data modelling, data lineage, data transformation and data quality concepts
- Python and SQL; PQL preferred; R optional
- Experience with data analysis, automation and scripting
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, Azure, AWS or GCP
- A valid passport for travel
- Experience with Celonis, Signavio, ARIS Process Mining or similar platforms preferred
- Experience working with Big4 is a strong advantage
- Exposure to machine learning and statistical analysis is advantageous
- Experience creating event logs and process datasets from ERP platforms preferred
- Understanding of process mining concepts, including event logs, case IDs, process variants, conformance checking and root cause analysis
- Experience with data integration, data warehousing and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R, HR or similar business processes
