About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end process mining, ETL/data engineering, dashboarding, and process optimization initiatives across P2P, O2C, AP/AR, logistics, and operational processes
- Build and enhance process and task mining data models using Celonis, SAP Signavio, and MPM/MPMx
- Create cases, event logs, activity mappings, conformance checks, and KPI models
- Define case IDs, activities, timestamps, attributes, business rules, and data-quality requirements for event logs with business and technology stakeholders
- Develop data pipelines, data models, and front-end dashboards on Celonis and Signavio
- Implement OCPM data models and migrate existing CCPM models to OCPM
- Design, transform, and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, ETL tools, and SAP systems
- Develop dashboards tracking cycle time, rework, GRN delays, invoice mismatches, AR aging, DSO, delivery delays, and SLA adherence
- Conduct root-cause analysis, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and RPA/AI-enabled automation
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, IT, and operations teams to deliver analytics work
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate findings and align on problem statements, improvement actions, and future-state priorities
- Create and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using BPMN 2.0 or other agreed standards
- Contribute data-driven insights to digital transformation and process intelligence initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; master’s degree preferred
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in business process mining and task mining
- BE, BTech, or MCA degree required
- Experience in process mining and task mining implementations or analytics projects
- Experience developing dashboards and process performance reporting solutions
- Exposure to low-code analytics platforms for workflow development and data preparation
- Exposure to BPMN 2.0 process maps and developing AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Proficiency with Celonis, Signavio, MPM/MPMx
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, ETL tools including Knime and Alteryx, and SAP data modelling
- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Exposure to RPA tools such as UI Path and Automation Anywhere and ML-assisted solutions
- Knowledge of BPMN, Visio, and ARIS
- Domain knowledge of P2P, O2C, AR/AP, logistics, telecom services, vendor management, and ITSM
- Strong understanding of event logs, process models, conformance analysis, and KPI design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly in risk, data accuracy, and control-oriented contexts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
