About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support coordination of Risk Management processes and monitoring activities
- Perform research within German and Austrian markets using provided databases
- Support client-serving teams in Germany and Austria
- Provide first-point-of-contact guidance and formulate answers to written or spoken client questions
- Ensure output quality through internal review mechanisms
- Conduct compliance reviews
- Allocate workflow and ensure delivery within agreed timelines
- Manage tasks and activities in a timely manner and take responsibility for specific outcomes
- Plan and organize own work and keep others informed of status and activities
- Complete training on EU Anti-Money Laundering regulations and Client Quick Checks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Problem solving skills
- Efficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English
- Preferably experience with basic databases
- Experience and knowledge in risk management is ideally desired
- Completed business studies or law degree is ideally desired
- Experience with German-speaking clients is ideally desired
