About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead project implementations and develop, invest in, and maintain thought leadership related to the Archer platform, product capabilities, and complementary technologies
  • Lead technical aspects of offering development, project delivery, and solution delivery on the Archer platform
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on delivery of Archer GRC solutions
  • Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes
  • Bridge complex business problems and innovative technical solutions
  • Understand business requirements and define solution architecture
  • Guide technical decisions to align with business outcomes and recommend solutions that propel the business forward
  • Manage and deliver technology solutions with quality and risk management
  • Work with Integrated Risk Management, Third-party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Environmental, Privacy Management, Vulnerability and SecOps Management, and ESG solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and support end-to-end project quality and seamless delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and senior organizational leaders in a consulting environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 3 years relevant experience of Archer implementation experience with IRM (GRC) implementations in a client consulting environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact
  • Track record of Complex Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Digital Fluency
  • Leadership qualities, including Driving Outcomes, Emotional Agility, and Leading Teams
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility, with experience in Managing Change and Negotiation and Influencing
  • Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles required
  • Expertise with Archer form and layout design configuration, field updates, advanced workflow, troubleshooting, complex calculations, datafeeds, data imports, scheduled jobs, notifications, data driven events, reports, dashboards, workspaces, Appearance, Access Control, Record Permissions, deployment, platform upgrades, and on-prem to SaaS migration
  • Certifications such as Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist and Archer Certified Administrator - Expert
  • Maintain all certifications and continual progression in developer learning plans
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical information
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions
  • Ability to influence and consult around critical technical decisions during project delivery
  • Prior experience mentoring junior team members and managing end-to-end project quality and seamless delivery
  • Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior leaders
  • Experience with Evolv Compliance, RMIS, and Archer Insight
  • Experience with Archer Control Panel, data publication, Web Services, REST API, Content API, MS SQL, report objects, broadhead, custom objects, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, and ASP .NET
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
  • Deep understanding of Archer Platform end-to-end delivery processes and advanced functional and technical knowledge of Archer IRM/GRC best practices
  • Strong interest in cloud computing and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
  • Industry Certifications, including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master, are preferred
