About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain incentive compensation plans, including complex sales rules, bonuses, and multipliers, using the SAP drag-and-drop interface
  • Manage participant data, organizational hierarchies, and transaction data loads
  • Configure and run the calculation pipeline (Stagehooks) to calculate earnings and generate final payroll payments
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate calculations against compensation design documents
  • Analyze sales performance
  • Create custom reports and dashboards
  • Resolve disputes using built-in inquiry tools
  • Create and update formulas, Rate Tables, and Lookup Tables
  • Set up Plan Document Automation to send commission statements to employees
  • Model future compensation scenarios to understand cost impacts
  • Handle credit, measurement, incentive, and deposit rules

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP Commissions/Callidus Cloud configuration
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of incentive compensation management principles
  • Experience with data integration methods such as API, CDL files, or SAP CPI
