About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support PMO activities by maintaining project dashboards, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Present findings through clear, concise reports and visualizations
- Prepare management reports, scorecards, and performance metrics for leadership reviews and client-facing presentations
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and utilization across projects
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with business leaders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely information
- Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and governance
- Make decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team management as needed
- Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, provide tools and support, and evaluate performance
- Partner with Financial Services business leaders to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making and business performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7-8+ Years of experience
- Experience in Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, and Business Consulting Management
- Experience with PMO, governance, reporting, strategic planning, portfolio management, and business operations
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation
- Experience with PowerBI dashboards
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Financial analysis

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
