About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage compliance with complex regulatory affairs across jurisdictions and support Engagement processes end-to-end
  • Provide project management support and control compliance-management costs across regions and countries
  • Measure and report Engagement performance against client SLAs and KPIs
  • Communicate new client wins and identify EY professionals for delivery
  • Manage local knowledge-transfer meetings across functions and countries
  • Assess knowledge-transfer outcomes and build annual delivery plans
  • Build project plans and configure engagement-management tools
  • Identify post-transfer scope changes and develop fee schedules for client negotiations
  • Issue subcontracts to local EY teams for agreed scope and fees
  • Monitor compliance delivery across multiple countries and functions
  • Prepare status, issue and delivery-risk reports
  • Coordinate issue resolution with local EY teams
  • Coordinate scope-change assessment and prepare change requisitions for approvals
  • Maintain inter-EY and client billing schedules
  • Work with finance teams to raise invoices and track local EY invoices
  • Coordinate stakeholder clarifications on invoicing and contract matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification
  • Overall 5–10 years of experience
  • At least 3–6 years in a client-serving role
  • Strong client relationship and account management skills in Finance and Accounting
  • Exposure to multi-country Finance and Accounting project lifecycles in a client service environment
  • Expert understanding of Finance and Accounting rules and legislation in a multi-country environment
  • Experience developing cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary practice and leading experienced professionals
  • Understanding of technology enablers and trends for advising clients on innovative delivery solutions
  • Continuous improvement, Six Sigma, process efficiency and change management experience
  • Proven ownership of strategic projects
  • Expert numeracy, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exposure to global Finance and Accounting platforms including Power BI, SAP and SNOW
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Finance, Payroll or HR domain experience preferred
  • PMI, PRINCE or equivalent project management certification preferred but not necessary
