About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams in iterative technology development
  • Ensure collaboration and adherence to Agile/Scrum principles
  • Coach teams on best practices and improve Agile maturity
  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to define, prioritize and align technology outcomes with business goals
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to project progress
  • Manage stakeholder expectations around scope, schedule and budget
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Assist teams in estimating deliverables, increasing velocity and identifying efficiency opportunities
  • Maintain product and sprint backlogs
  • Integrate changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology product development
  • Serve as mentor, thought leader and Agile champion
  • Participate in special projects to drive organizational agility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, or technical leadership in software development
  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps and other Agile project management tools
  • Proficiency in Java, Angular, Node.js, POSTMAN, CUCUMBER, AWS and SQL queries
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, TDD/BDD, Splunk and Honeycomb
  • Experience monitoring and refining dashboards, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous process improvements in Agile environments
  • Experience with Genesis
  • Programming experience in Python and TypeScript
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Constantly updating knowledge of new technologies
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and Professional Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe) certification preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly flexible, adaptable and creative
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives within the firm and at the client
  • Strong teamwork, work ethic, product mindset, client centricity and commitment to EY values
