About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications across supported modules
- Implement workflows, automation, business rules, integrations, and data models
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
- Refine stakeholder requirements into actionable development tasks
- Build and optimize UI policies, client scripts, script includes, integrations, and ACLs
- Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and quality assurance
- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution
- Implement and maintain dashboards, reporting, and Performance Analytics elements
- Cooperate with teams across IRM / GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CMS, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules
- Oversee projects through post-go-live activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least 3 ServiceNow modules, preferably IRM / GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CMS or ITOM
- Practical experience with workflow design, automation, server/client scripting, and custom application development
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, MID Server integrations and enterprise architecture patterns
- Understanding of platform workflows, data models, and cross-module dependencies
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- At least 4–5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Proven development background delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certifications; IRM, HRSD, SecOps or ITOM certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management concepts
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field is ideally preferred
