About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather requirements and identify business needs
- Define and manage requirements and communicate them to stakeholders and the development team
- Work with data to analyze issues and propose solutions
- Ensure accessibility and quality standards are met
- Support error management, versioning and data-binding processes
- Design and test prototypes of new functionalities
- Prepare proofs of concept for new integrations
- Experiment with alternative technologies
- Continuously optimize processes by evaluating accessibility standards, version-management tools and data-integration methods
- Collaborate with development teams and business owners to deliver solutions meeting established business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical qualification
- 3+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position
- Practical knowledge of UML
- Programming/database experience
- Experience with Business Process Modelling and UML 2.x
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira
- Knowledge management tools such as Confluence
- Familiarity with software architecture and usability concepts
- Skilled in creating, maintaining and managing a product backlog
- Experience working in international projects using agile/Scrum methodology
- Good English (B2) verbal and written communication
- Ability to analyze and document processes and flows
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity is desirable
