About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate the Application Migration workstream
- Develop and track migration plans, waves, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness criteria
- Coordinate technical assessments and map dependencies across applications, infrastructure, databases, integrations, networking, security, and identity
- Work closely with Application Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Database, Networking, and Architecture teams
- Coordinate migration execution, cutover, validation, and post-migration stabilization
- Ensure Application Security and DevSecOps requirements are considered throughout migrations
- Manage risks, blockers, and cross-application dependencies
- Support status reporting and program governance
- Maintain migration-related documentation and trackers
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Technical Project Management, Application Migration, Application Modernization, or Cloud Transformation
- Experience coordinating application migrations in cloud, on-premises, and/or hybrid environments
- Knowledge of Application Architecture and dependencies related to Infrastructure, Databases, Integrations, Networking, Identity, and Security
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
- Experience with or strong knowledge of Application Security, DevOps/DevSecOps, and CI/CD
- Experience with Migration Planning, Technical Readiness, Cutover, and Post-Migration Stabilization
- Experience with Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams
- Preferred: experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth/Asset Management, Insurance, or other regulated industries
- Preferred: knowledge of Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Preferred: experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certifications
- Preferred: certifications related to Azure, AWS, DevOps, or Security
