About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with client engagement and delivery center leadership teams on executing the Engagement Management Framework
  • Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure software meets or exceeds standards and client requirements
  • Plan, design and implement tools or assets to solve complex problems, primarily custom Java-based tools and frameworks
  • Develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts
  • Contribute to technical solutions throughout the solution delivery center
  • Lead team meetings, including status meetings
  • Review team work products from associates and analysts
  • Produce high-quality deliverables without supervision
  • Design, build, deploy and customize complex technical solutions to accelerate and streamline software application delivery and system integration projects
  • Build custom automation drivers, JSON and XML parsers, tool integrations and framework extensions
  • Enhance software testing through new tools and technology
  • Provide testing subject matter expertise and resolve complex client issues
  • Advise clients and engagement teams on impactful resolutions
  • Coach and mentor team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Passion and interest for solving problems using technology
  • Technical knowledge of the software lifecycle, including design, architecture, development and testing
  • 1 year of experience and strong knowledge in Java and OOP concepts
  • Knowledge of common Java libraries and concepts such as linked hash maps and serialization
  • Experience in Java development and architecture best practices
  • At least 1 year of experience with test automation using tools such as JUnit, Selenium and RESTAssured
  • At least 1 year of experience with at least 3 of: complex test automation frameworks; data querying such as SQL; data analytics and statistics; artificial intelligence; CI/CD implementations and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible and GitLab
  • Working knowledge of web technologies such as Angular, React and HTML/CSS
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to find solutions individually and within a team
  • Ability to coach team members and foster an innovative, inclusive and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to share knowledge and develop engagement tools and enablers
  • Ability to develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts
  • Ability to lead and mentor others technically and professionally
  • Certifications or degree specializations in application development, analytics, test automation or artificial intelligence preferred
  • Agile certification preferred
