About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Agile Workstream in developing solutions and roadmaps that meet business needs
- Plan, design, and oversee construction of projects and systems
- Lead architecture and delivery for projects under the Lead Architect
- Design new solutions, extensions, and enhancements for the Adobe platform
- Align IT strategy with organizational mission, objectives, capabilities, and processes
- Engage business sponsors to develop and validate solution architectures
- Validate engineering designs against architectural solutions
- Guide and mentor teams on methodologies, processes, best practices, and EY Architecture Frameworks
- Drive architecture governance, logical modelling, tooling, and framework maintenance
- Communicate architecture plans while balancing cost, risk, and quality
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, engineering, project management, business analysis, testing, Information Security, and Operations teams
- Architect solutions using data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities such as customer profiles, personalization, and orchestration
- Enforce architecture governance, compliance, and enterprise standards
- Develop enterprise architecture tool and strategy recommendations
- Build relationships with business, IT, vendors, and analysts
- Educate stakeholders on Solution Architecture purpose and benefits
- Translate complex business requirements into target architectures, models, and plans
- Contribute to global technology standards and file exceptions when required
- Provide thought leadership for the Solution Architecture function
- Direct and guide a virtual Architecture team
- Create solution architectures, reusable assets, and other deliverables
- Manage program solution architecture and mature linkages across Enterprise Architecture frameworks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (required) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in the Adobe Product family as a Solution Architect
- Enterprise-scale Adobe implementation experience
- Strong understanding of digital experience platforms
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices, including personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven experience optimization
- Innovative mindset and desire to help build a new Consulting practice
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
- Relevant technical experience in application development, deployment/implementation, and infrastructure
- Significant work experience in IT infrastructure and security projects
- Flexibility to work outside typical hours as required by a global team
- Adobe certifications desired
- Familiarity with ITIL
- Experience supporting a professional services and/or global IT organization
- Understanding of Information Security principles and priorities
- Familiarity with IIBA (BABOK) Practice Standards
- Enterprise Search Implementation experience desired
