About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Agile Workstream in developing solutions and road maps that meet business needs
- Plan, design and oversee construction of projects and systems
- Design new solutions, extensions and enhancements for the Adobe platform
- Provide architectural leadership and delivery of architecture for projects under the Lead Architect
- Align IT strategy with the broader organization’s mission, strategy, objectives, capabilities and processes
- Engage business sponsors to conceptualize architectural approaches and develop solution architectures
- Validate that engineering designs satisfy architectural solutions
- Guide and mentor teams on methodologies, processes and best practices
- Support development and maintenance of EY Architecture Frameworks, including technical/functional logical modelling, architecture governance and tooling
- Communicate architecture plans and balance cost, risk and quality
- Work with Architecture, engineering, project management, business analysis, testing, Information Security and Operations teams
- Architect solutions using data, analytics and AI-driven capabilities while ensuring responsible use, governance and scalability
- Enforce architecture governance, methodologies and compliance activities
- Develop recommendations regarding enterprise architecture tools and strategies
- Build relationships across business, IT and vendors/analysts to incorporate emerging standards and approaches
- Develop and implement communication plans to educate stakeholders on Solution Architecture
- Drive global technology standards proposals and file exceptions as required
- Provide thought leadership to evolve the Solution Architecture function
- Direct and guide virtual Architecture teams
- Create solution architectures, reusable assets and other deliverables
- Manage solution architecture for the program and mature its linkages across Enterprise Architecture frameworks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (required) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Product family as a Solution Architect
- Enterprise scale Adobe Implementation experience
- Strong understanding of digital experience platforms
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices, including personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, and data driven optimization of experiences
- Innovative thinker and desire to help build out a new Consulting practice
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
- Other relevant experience in a related technical field, including application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure
- Significant work experience in IT infrastructure and security projects
- Flexibility to work outside typical hours, as required of a global team
- Flexibility to travel on a very limited basis
- Adobe certifications – Desired
- Familiarity with ITIL
- Experience supporting a professional service and/or global IT organization
- Understanding of Information Security tenets and priorities
- Familiarity with the IIBA (BABOK) Practice Standards
- Enterprise Search Implementation Experience – Desired
- Ability to work effectively with clients and team members across multiple geographies
- Strong expertise in industry standard Enterprise and Solution Architecture Frameworks and Governance
- Ability to translate business needs into Solution Architecture requirements and estimate the financial and architectural impact of alternatives
- Ability to rapidly comprehend changes to key business processes and their impact on overall architecture
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
