About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide creative leadership to design teams delivering brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphics and social media collateral
  • Own creative and visual direction and design for creative collateral across multiple formats
  • Produce conceptual work through rapid prototyping, storyboard creation and post-production
  • Ensure adherence to EY brand guidelines and meet aesthetic, quality, turnaround-time, budget and efficiency expectations
  • Monitor current and future design, web standards, concepts and industry trends
  • Provide creative and art direction support and coordinate issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to use pop culture trends, creative executional approaches and techniques
  • Communicate with customers, understand design briefs and share ideas
  • Lead customer project discussions with a customer-centric mindset
  • Provide innovative design solutions and influence appropriate design choices
  • Mentor junior team members on design best practices
  • Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects in parallel
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe DC, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience across digital, social and integrated media
  • Knowledge of social platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Strong visual design and creative thinking capability
  • At least 10 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment
  • Team management experience mandatory
  • User-centric, creative, innovative and analytical approach
  • Working knowledge of infographics and data visualization techniques
  • Project management, risk management and team management skills
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality output on time and within budget
  • Excellent comprehension, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Understanding of current and future visual trends
  • Preferable knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and motion graphics skills
  • Experience leading and managing creative teams and developing junior creative talent
  • Experience working with global clients
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
