About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing and delivering a sustainable, scalable engagement framework
- Support business leaders and counselors in implementing engagement initiatives
- Anticipate and address business-unit issues and needs
- Provide insight on people issues, especially employee-relations cases, and advise on business decisions and their people impact
- Deliver people-management and development activities for the business unit
- Execute innovative HR programs
- Resolve HR-related issues within required timelines, involving the Employee Relations Talent function when needed
- Facilitate change and support adoption of projects including Performance Management, Talent Transformation, Talent Development, and Reward exercises
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage people-related risks
- Drive and implement the engagement agenda, workforce capability, and talent management
- Manage HR initiatives including Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Transformation, Talent Development, and Reward & Recognition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate or a post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable
- 6–8 years of proven HR generalist experience, including performance management and employee relations
- Relevant working experience in delivering/managing talent initiatives
- Experience working in a consulting organization or similar professional services environment is desirable
- Experience working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Ability to develop clear, actionable plans supporting a business unit strategy
- Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills
- Strong client focus and stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Strong experience handling complex disciplinary, grievance and performance management activities, especially with senior management/leadership employees
- Ability to work with ambiguity and build consensus across diverse, often global, groups
- Interest in self-learning and cross-functional HR projects
- Collaborative, self-starting, independent-thinking, curious and creative approach
