About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute communication, training, and engagement strategies supporting a culture of integrity and accountability
Manage framework activities embedding ethics into EY’s business operations
Identify and implement modifications and enhancements for evolving priorities
Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables
Create engaging learning and communications content for ethics initiatives
Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the firm
Manage projects and review processes across multiple teams
Use data analytics to identify behavioral trends and opportunities to enhance the Ethics Program
Implement strategies advancing the ethics framework and review foundational elements
Monitor emerging knowledge and trends and translate insights into recommendations
Identify training presentation topics and communicate new developments to EY professionals and ECRM team members
Research and analyze firm policies and regulators’ rules regarding ethics and integrity
Support annual regulatory processes, including QC1000, and maintain compliance documentation
Establish project plans with goals and measures and follow up on approved changes
Support and liaise on technology enablement projects supporting ethics initiatives
Work with executive-level personnel
Train and mentor team members
Manage day-to-day program operations independently with periodic feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highest level of ethics and integrity
Ability to communicate candidly with senior leaders
Astute attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Proficient technology skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Approximately 5–7 years of related experience
Creative thinking; experience in learning design, communications, or marketing is desired
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to coordinate complex processes and multiple stakeholder groups
Effective writing and presentation skills
Personal ownership, accountability, and adaptability
Continuous improvement mindset
