  • Track in-flight work through completion and surface slippage promptly
  • Ensure blocked work is unblocked and hold engineers accountable to dated commitments and definitions of done
  • Evaluate estimates, decomposition, complexity claims, engineering risks, and scope
  • Translate architecture intent, phase gates, and platform requirements into sized stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Own sprint and release planning across the phased platform build
  • Coordinate dependencies across platform and infrastructure, runtime and observability, data and state, trust infrastructure, security, and AFE delivery cells
  • Maintain delivery risks, dependencies, critical path, and mitigation actions
  • Report velocity, throughput, cycle time, flow efficiency, escaped defects, and progress against phase gates
  • Protect engineers’ focus from interruptions, scope injection, and competing stakeholder demands
  • Partner with engineering leads and architects on sequencing, staffing, and technical direction
  • Drive day-to-day execution of engineering teams building EY’s Agentic AI platform, including Kubernetes/GPU infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, model serving and routing, agent orchestration, and data/state layers

  • Prior hands-on experience as a software or platform engineer, or demonstrably equivalent technical depth
  • Ability to evaluate engineering estimates, work decomposition, and technical risk independently and challenge them constructively with evidence
  • Proven experience running Scrum or Kanban for teams of experienced engineers, owning the full set of ceremonies and backlog health
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-team technical programs with hard cross-team dependencies and phased delivery gates
  • Working fluency with Kubernetes and containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, distributed systems, and API design
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or equivalent, Git-based workflows, and delivery metrics
  • Evidence of holding delivery teams to timelines and quality standards while retaining trust and engagement
  • Ability to communicate delivery status, risk, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders with clarity and candour
  • Ideally: experience delivering AI or agentic AI systems
  • Ideally: experience running delivery for platform or infrastructure teams
  • Ideally: experience with cost-aware delivery, quota and capacity planning, or FinOps practices
  • Ideally: Scrum or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
  • Ideally: experience in regulated delivery environments
  • Ideally: experience introducing and improving flow metrics
