About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement A/B tests, Multivariate Tests (MVT), Experience Targeting (XT), and personalization activities using Adobe Target
- Evaluate experimentation requirements and determine technical feasibility
- Develop custom Adobe Target activities, scripts, and front-end experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Implement and validate audience targeting strategies and personalization experiences
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, developers, analytics teams, and development teams
- Ensure experimentation activities meet performance, accessibility, and governance standards
- Validate experiment execution across browsers, devices, and environments
- Implement server-side and client-side experimentation solutions
- Debug Adobe Target implementations, experiment delivery issues, activity qualification, audience membership, mbox requests, profile scripts, and offer rendering
- Investigate tracking discrepancies and support production troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Use browser developer tools, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, and network analysis tools
- Validate experiment data collection and reporting accuracy
- Support integration between Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborate on Web SDK and Adobe Launch implementations for experimentation and measurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience around 7 to 11 years in Adobe Target implementation and experimentation, including Launch, Tagging, Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK; Web SDK exposure is mandatory
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong experience debugging client-side implementations using browser developer tools, debugging frameworks, and network requests
- Expert-level implementation and troubleshooting of A/B testing and personalization solutions
- Strong understanding of Single Page Applications (SPA) data layers, XDM schemas, and event-driven tracking architectures
- Experience with enterprise digital analytics and customer experience optimization programs
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum and product development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- B.E. / B. Tech listed as a preferred educational qualification
- Certification in Adobe Stack / Adobe Target preferred
- Masters/MBA/MCA listed as an added advantage
