About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a Manager in different phases of various ongoing SAP implementation projects
- Contribute effectively to SAP implementation projects for customers across the globe
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators
- Complete assigned tasks on time
- Provide regular status reports to the manager/lead
- Lead project teams of 10–15 members
- Deliver end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, upgrade and enhancement activities across SAP Finance and Controlling
Requirements
What you’ll need- CA/ICWA (ICMA)/MBA Finance in a reputed institution
- 10+ years of sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience
- SAP Finance experience covering FI New General Ledger, Profit Center Accounting, Accounts Payable, Bank Accounting and Asset Accounting
- Exposure to SAP Simple Finance, GL Accounting, Asset Accounting, CO Overhead Cost Controlling and Profitability Analysis
- Knowledge of SAP BPC, Special Purpose Ledger, SOX, US GAAP, exits, technical and functional upgrades, Report Painter and Report Writer
- Experience with FIORI apps, BO-DS, BW, HANA and other reporting tools
- Prior client-facing consulting experience
- SAP Finance/Controlling Certification is a plus
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
- Project management experience leading a team of 10–15 members
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, upgrades and enhancements
- Experience with SAP Finance taxation and withholding taxes
- Experience with closing activities, validations, substitutions and reporting
- Controlling experience with cost element accounting, cost center accounting and internal orders
- Knowledge of CO-PA and product costing
- FI integration with MM, SD, HR and PS
- Excellent business communication skills
