Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in enterprise software development
  • At least 4 years of hands-on Camunda implementation experience
  • Strong experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, and process orchestration
  • Experience leading Java and Spring Boot service design and development
  • Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms
  • Experience defining workflow architecture, process modeling standards, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
  • Experience mentoring developers, conducting design reviews, and driving engineering best practices
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
