About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take responsibility for challenging transformation and change projects, from initial concept through successful implementation
- Manage objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and progress in complex project environments
- Collaborate with operational departments, project teams, executives, and management
- Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs
- Advise and support medium-sized manufacturing companies in process optimization, Lean, agility, and Operational Excellence
- Apply the Focus & Flow Framework as a Flow Master
- Analyze value streams, facilitate sprints, and implement improvements collaboratively on site
- Further develop consulting services, methodologies, and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of relevant professional experience in consulting, project management, change and transformation projects, or a comparable role
- Proven experience independently managing complex projects
- Experience with change processes and supporting organizations, teams, or executives
- Empathy and sensitivity when working with different personalities
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness and interest in getting to know manufacturing companies directly on the shop floor and working on site
- Methodological understanding of and interest in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
- Completed university degree; field of study is not decisive
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites throughout Germany
