Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT training or comparable qualification
Professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure
Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network and client management
Experience installing and supporting hardware and software, along with basic knowledge of IT security
Very good German and good English skills
Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
