About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process orders administratively: enter orders into the computer system to initiate production of the ordered doors at the factories.
  • Prepare installation files.
  • Schedule installation projects for ordered doors with field technical teams, while meeting production deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Prepare, adjust, and update schedules in coordination with customers, installers, subcontractors, and project managers.
  • Verify that all project closeout documents have been completed and received so that project invoicing can be processed.
  • Assist in resolving any disputes related to invoicing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: High school diploma to two-year post-secondary degree in sales administration or small-business management.
  • At least two years of initial experience as a Sales Administration Assistant, Billing Assistant, or Scheduling Assistant.
  • Initiative.
