About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform the monthly cost closing process for production units, including COGS, inventory, and industrial costs, using SAP and BI tools
- Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, operating costs, deviations, and improvement opportunities
- Calculate and monitor provisions for inventory losses, considering turnover, obsolescence, and risks
- Develop cost simulations and analyses to support business areas and decision-making
- Participate in Budget, Forecast, and cost review processes, preparing projections and analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze the foreign exchange impact on raw materials, imported components, and resale products
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards featuring the area’s key performance indicators
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process automation, internal controls, and financial governance, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP and BI and data visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar platforms
- Knowledge of product costing and profitability systems
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Financial Planning processes
- Knowledge of report automation and database management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Squads, and OKRs
- Knowledge of industrial costing, COGS, inventory, and provisions
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews
- Experience with monthly industrial cost closing processes
- Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
