Key responsibilities & impact
  • Critically review project briefs to ensure clear understanding and direction for development
  • Coordinate product development projects, monitoring stages, deadlines, schedules, and deliverables
  • Lead alignment meetings with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring project progress
  • Lead communication among multidisciplinary teams, contributing to decision-making, problem-solving, and risk mitigation
  • Support project cost and feasibility analyses, contributing to development decisions
  • Ensure project documentation is organized and kept up to date
  • Promote alignment among Marketing, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other areas involved throughout the development stages

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Product Design, or related fields
  • Familiarity with or strong knowledge of product development processes, with a focus on Project Management
  • Familiarity with or strong knowledge of continuous improvement metrics and tools, such as PDCA, Ishikawa, and Lean
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
  • Preferred but not required: familiarity with or strong knowledge of product engineering, continuous improvement, or related metrics and tools
