About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Mentor the Delivery team
Champion best practices in agile software delivery
Develop consulting, business analysis and discovery capabilities
Build internal BA/PM capability within Fabric
Act as a senior BA in complex engagements, sometimes as the only BA on the project
Manage Product/Delivery engagements
Coach client product owners in prioritisation and stakeholder management
Elicit and capture requirements
Groom the backlog with delivery teams in a value-focused manner
Provide trusted advice to clients on business analysis, product ownership and agile delivery management
Participate in Fabric Discovery engagements, including ideation, proof of concept and discovery
Lead teams in Fabric delivery and consulting engagements
Support project QA work when required
Participate in interviewing and recruitment
Contribute to Fabric business strategy and execution
Participate in discovery and inception sessions
Develop delivery plans, project estimates and statements of work
Balance client business goals with customer needs, market fit and technical feasibility
Prioritise workload to meet agreed timeframes
Communicate ideas clearly to all stakeholders
Become a trusted advisor to customers
Act as an ambassador for Fabric and promote its values and practices
Generate thought leadership content for marketing, social media activities and meetups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Thorough understanding of agility and iterative delivery of complex software products
Demonstrable hands-on experience delivering projects iteratively
Preferably experience with various delivery frameworks
Experience in business analysis, product ownership and agile delivery management
Ability to mentor delivery teams
Ability to develop BA/PM capability
Ability to manage Product/Delivery engagement
Senior-level hands-on BA experience
Ability to coach client product owners in prioritisation and stakeholder management
Ability to elicit and capture requirements
Ability to groom backlogs in a value-focused manner
Ability to lead delivery and consulting engagements
Ability to support QA work if required
Ability to participate in interviewing and recruitment
Ability to develop delivery plans, project estimates and statements of work
Ability to prioritise workload to meet agreed timeframes
