About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist, support and coordinate with OD Technology staff in identifying the training needs of OD users
- Interact with the OD Technology team to design course content related to applications
- Prepare easy to understand training material including class agenda, instructional material, and training aids
- Conduct training classes for OD users on applications provided by OD Technology
- Communicate with departments and service center management to schedule training
- Monitor training sessions and trainees to ensure effectiveness
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout the course life cycle
- Coordinate with other internal training groups to maximize scheduling and effectiveness
- Communicate with external customers to demo OD products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of training experience with custom developed and off-the-shelf applications
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products especially Publisher
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Salesforce CRM experience a plus
