About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, check in, stage, and organize material and equipment for jobs
  • Keep inventory accurate and the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
  • Pull and prepare material for crews and service techs
  • Support the office with data entry, filing, purchase orders, and paperwork
  • Answer phones and route calls, requests, and customer questions
  • Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and vendors on deliveries and pickups
  • Gain exposure to operations, service, and project support
  • Take on additional responsibility and pursue long-term growth within the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers (email, Excel, basic software)
  • Good communication skills, on the phone and in person
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
  • Reliable, a self-starter, and eager to learn
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift experience is a plus
