About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct contract analysis and check the quality of other analysts’ work
  • Capture clauses under pre-defined fields
  • Prepare contract templates (calibration)
  • Work with commercial, public, MSA, NDA, and SOW contracts
  • Train and oversee Contract Analysts performing contract review
  • Implement and maintain quality control
  • Assist in producing hand-offs of multiple deliverables for clients, often on tight timelines
  • Assist with preparation of training materials
  • Provide feedback for teams
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for team members and clients when applicable
  • Work on legal and regulatory projects for large global clients across Financial Regulations, Corporate Restructuring, and Commercial Mandates
  • Support complex financial services documents and high-value commercial contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a Law Degree
  • Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
  • 2 years experience working within document review or commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to commercial legal environment or other professional services organizations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with evidence of working on a team or as an individual contributor
  • Ability to handle competing priorities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Direct experience managing clients and internal stakeholders
  • Adaptable, authentic, accountable, values-driven, team player, and able to exhibit personal leadership
  • Strong investigative and analytical skillset
  • Excellent client service and structured problem-solving abilities
