Key responsibilities & impact

Manage individual work streams supporting the delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions
Work with Retail and Consumer stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs
Conduct open-source analysis to support development of AI tools
Translate operational requirements into user stories for delivery and engineering teams
Design and test workflows supporting user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer-aligned solutions
Contribute to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical thinking and ability to clearly communicate ideas and synthesise complex information
Some experience working on AI/data-intensive projects in the retail and consumer sector
External client-facing experience and a track record of building trusted relationships contributing to project/product success
Experience working with technical teams
Understanding of Agile and related methodologies, iterative development, and continuous delivery
Thoughtful and proactive approach in ambiguous situations
Initiative and ownership in finding solutions to challenges
Excitement about innovation in retail and consumer technology
