About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage individual work streams supporting delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions
- Work with life sciences stakeholders to understand critical mission challenges and user needs
- Conduct open-source analysis supporting development of cutting-edge AI tools
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams
- Design and test workflows supporting user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly and solutions meet customer needs
- Contribute to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development across the team
- Build trusted client relationships, analyse requirements and feedback, monitor workflows, and help optimise bespoke AI solutions for real-world operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience working on AI implementation/data intensive projects in a commercial setting
- Experience working in a Life Sciences company or with Life Sciences clients
- Analytical thinking and ability to clearly communicate ideas and synthesise complex information
- External client-facing experience and experience building trusted relationships contributing to project success
- Understanding of Agile and related methodologies
- Understanding of iterative development and continuous delivery
- Ability to take initiative and own finding solutions in ambiguous situations
- Visa sponsorship status for work in the UK must be provided during application
- Current notice period must be provided during application
